We all know that shipping recently has been a hassle for everyone, due to many different factors. Parcels are not arriving on time/getting delayed, which is understandably frustrating.
This is even further exacerbated during the last few months of the year, as we get closer and closer to Christmas. Because of this, we have been advised that there are no longer guarantees on items being delivered in the usual time frame. Express Post doesn't have next day delivery guaranteed, however they are prioritised over regular speed.
We do apologise for any delays in shipping, and we are doing our best to get orders out within the day they are ordered, but as our shipping policy states, please allow two business days for packing and processing.
For Christmas this year, we would recommend ordering your gifts ASAP, to ensure they arrive on time. And don't forget, we have both Afterpay and Zippay available in store and online to assist in getting that amazing piece!
